Financial Information

The student is responsible to meet all educational expenses such as tuition, fees, housing, books, etc. All educational charges are due and payable on the published due date of the semester or term for which the student is enrolled. Tuition and fees are subject to change at the discretion of WaCU without prior notice in accordance with established policies and procedures. Any revisions will be communicated to students prior to each semester.

Business Office Hours

The Business Office is open to serve students Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Office is closed for chapel services. Students may pick up refund checks, cash personal checks up to $50, obtain change, and buy stamps. Students may also pay enrollment fees, housing costs, library fines, etc. If students have questions about the financial payment processes or if assistance is needed, students should contact the Business Office. Should financial problems concerning payment of bills arise, the student may discuss arrangement for payments with the Director of Financial Services.
